Efecte service

This service can be used to report incidents and send support requests to Diak ICT support and study office.

Always use the "Diak login" button with your Diak credentials, whenever possible. Logging in gives you access to several forms meant for different user groups. The system uses Single Sign-On (SSO), so if you've logged into e.g. Diakle with the same browser, you won't have to enter your credentials again.

The "Continue without signing in" link leads to a page with only a couple forms. You can use it if you either don't have a Diak user account or have problems logging in with the Diak login button.

Login instructions

Click the Diak login button, and use the same username as with Microsoft's Office365 services, that is your long form username, e.g. [email protected] and the same password as all other Diak services.

If you don't have a Diak user account (an Office365 username ending with @diak.fi or @student.diak.fi), use the "Continue without signing in" link instead of the Diak login button.

If you click the Diak login button, and get only an error message instead of a username prompt, it usually means your browser is trying to login automatically using another organization's Microsoft account. You can solve this by using another browser, or a browser's private window, or first going to https://portal.office.com or other Microsoft website and logging out from the top right corner.

It is also possible to encounter a situation where logging in with a proper Diak user account only gives you an error message. In this case you should use the "Continue without signing in" link and send a support request from there.
