How to submit a written assignment?
This article focuses on submitting files into an Assignment activity.
On a course area, assignments can be regocnized from the blue colour bar. Click on the title to start submitting your file.
The assignment description opens up. The submission status is "No attempt" if you have not submitted anything yet. The status changes into "Draft" and then "Sent to evaluation" after the submission process is ready.
Start your submission by clicking on Add submission.
If the submission requires online text, write the text into the text box. When your answer is ready, click Save changes.
If you are supposed to submit your assignment as a link, copy and paste the link into the text editor field. For example large video files cannot be uploaded into an assignment and they have to be submitted as links (to a one Drive file or a YouTube video, for example).
If the assignment settings require confirmation of the submission, there should be a button with Submit assignment-text. By clicking that button, your work is sent for evaluation, and teachers will be notified of your submission. After submitting your assignment, your submission is locked and you cannot make any more changes.
You are asked if you truly want to submit your work. By clicking on Continue, your submission is sent. The submission status changes into Submitted for grading.
